Central Region Middle School 7 located in urban Los Angeles was designed and built from at the time the nation’s largest bond allocation. It consists of 125,000 SF with a budget of $55 M for 1,500 students and features Small Learning Communities complete with auditoriums, gyms, libraries, multipurpose rooms, athletic fields, and subterranean parking.
